Books From a Book Lover
Along with the Bible, shelves of wonderful books have opened my eyes to new perspectives, challenged me to live more faithfully, and inspired me to love more deeply. I pray my humble books will make a difference in your life as well.

Prayer and Praise: A Guided Prayer Journal for Women
Two well-loved pastors have deeply impacted my prayer life: Chip Ingram and John Piper.
Years ago, John Piper’s little book, The Dangerous Duty of Delight, taught me my purpose in life was to glorify God by enjoying Him. More recently, Chip Ingram said the best way to transform our prayer life is to reflect on Who God is before saying anything else.
So as I began my prayers, I tried to be conscious of the wonder of being in the Lord’s presence, reflect on Who He is, and give Him the praise He deserves. But with so much to be said, getting started was overwhelming. Experiencing something like writer’s block, I repeated the same phrases I'd used so many times they lost some meaning.
